Examples

Eccon is specialised in solutions with mechanical engineering. We design simple electrical drives up to complex electro hydraulical aggregats with telediagnosis system.

For the crawler cranes we use the MULTI CONTROL from Bernecker und Rainer. This PLC is rugged and this is important for the use with building machines. Together with Bernecker and Rainer we developed the PLC card PMV4. This card is an parallel processor with current and voltage regulators to control proportional magnetic valves. In addition to that there are built in regulators for motor regulation and slewing control.

For our irrigation system we use the Bernecker and Rainer COMPACT PLC with slewing sensors connected with an RS485 field bus (max. 500m). For irrigation system over 500m (up to 1000m) we use the Bernecker and Rainer 2003 PLC system. In this case we use CAN field bus slewing sensors.

For the roof construction center court DTB Hamburg we connected 18 CAN field bus stations with an Bernecker and Rainer PANELWARE C220 PLC. With an key switch the roof can be opened or closeed (in addition to that the roof can be opened or closed by the PANELWARE C220 PLC diplay module). There is also a telediagnosis system for maintaining mounted.
